[Bug] Outpost timer warning

When in Outpost and you hit ESC there is a timer in red saying 0.00:00:00 and a warning that you should return to dropship.

Perhaps that should be disabled.

I just now got this message, though I didn't have it at first. A gaming partner has gotten it also before, and had checked all their toons to make sure none were stuck on a planet, so I wasn't really worried once I wound up getting the message myself.

But the message is quite alarming and certainly needs to get fixed ASAP, please!
