Cave at C3 does not provide shelter from storms

Going beep into the cave does not provide shelter from storms. Only a few places do.

It is not dark af like other caves, has no worms, you don't get cave debuff, and you can't get pneumonia.
One of the better bugs.

Was living in C3 cave during Ramp up: Stockpile mission and suffered damage to base and character. There seems to be a couple of small sweet spots were you don't get damage, but agree that you shouldn't get damage in any cave
