BUG - ICESTORM - NOT ALL COMPONENTS ARE SPAWNING

Component 2 didnt spawn, quit back to desk top and tried logging back in and still not there. this is the second mission in a row this has happened. I am now 50 Hours into a game that i cant finish. I will not run this mission again. If it doesn't spawn by Saturday i am done with the game. Really too bad i could understand if this was still in Beta, but game breaking glitches over and over in a Full Release is not Ok.
