[Bug] Main Menu Music Not controlled by Music Slider in Options

If you turn the Music Slider all the way to 0% in options you can still hear the game's music in the main menu; I consider this a bug because the whole reason to mute the music is to prevent overplay with your own music (seriously tell me nobody plays games with absolutely no music going :P)

I have a similar issue, but the music playing is playing multiple times at the same time, and ridiculously loud.
