[Observation] Many talents seem comparatively useless

The usefulness of talents in the tree can vary wildly. Most of the tools talent tree should be compressed down to a handful of talents, because they have limited use and effectiveness. In the cost-benefit analysis, I can guarantee no one takes those talents.

In particular, the Repairing, Tool, and hunting trees need a look. There is such a small part of the game where they could make a difference.

Consider: 1st tier: +15%/+30% durability on tool, and many of the things already listed
2nd tier: repair tool for free, repair MXC tool, +10% resource collection, etc.
Top Tier: tools used by you do not degrade, +25% resource collection, etc
