[Bug] Cave Worm eat lots of arrows

Before the Week 8 update, cave worms usually spit back the arrow after they are defeated.
After week 8, worms tend to break the arrow upon death and has like 70% rate of breaking the workshop arrow (which is 5% break chance)

So something must have been miscalculated
This also applied to Iron head arrows

And Crossbow is even worse and hurt us badly.

this kinda forced me to run up and knife it out , not even throwing spear (spears are expensive)

I have noticed this as well. But i don't believe they are breaking, they are falling through the floor. I have run up on a cave worm i just killed with a bow and the arrow is sticking out of the hole. if i don't grab it before the hole closes there is a very high chance that it falls through the floor. I've also noticed this with chopping wood, If the log breaks and a piece of wood gets moved in a strange angle it falls through the floor. Also setting down a lantern in caves has a high chance of falling through the floor.
