Please fix El Camino

Spent hours getting Tier 4 weapons and Armor, just for the worm to disappear after burrowing and not being able to do anything, with the Dispatch Creature objective still incomplete. Also when I died close the ledge next to the boss worm, all of my items disappeared. The tombstone indicator was visible, but no crate to collect items.
