[BUG] Stoke the Flames Talent not working

Hello,
the mentioned talent is not working at all... my brother built a non-talented Furnace / Concrete Furnace and I built the talented versions but both types have the same smelting times for all the different Ores/metals...
Can you please look into this? Thanks
