Waterfall : Again, DEVS, solo is near impossible

It took me 5 mission days to retrieve my body. I made it so close I could see the spot I needed to place the scanner. Every time I came out of that gauntlet thin passage at bottom h3 multiple wolf packs and the bear isn't there, take a step turn around and your dead. You just came through the gauntlet, there wasn't a bear there, poof, watch spawn. if you are able to take on the bear. I was doing ok, had about 15 arrows in it and it was still not dead. The pack of wolves joins in. I died there 8 times. Same, bear with wolves. On top of that. Storm, storm, storm, storm, storm, storm...they no sooner stop, they start again. All your ramps and ladders to get over the mountain. I had to build those pieces 10 times. No sooner get one side done, lightning storm, hammering on house till storm over, all ladders and platforms gone.

Come on DEVS, this mission, I gave you guys a lot of hours of my time. You just never REALLY considered the solo player, that has a hard time finding others. R

Solo is near impossible with Polar Bears that can climb 70 ft straight up a shear rock cliff face to attack you while you stand on a stone platform. Not only attack you but come through the stone platform as if it is not an inpenatrable barrier that should slow any animal from coming up through. Solo is impossible that since the mine worms were bad enough for a solo player they had to go and make more of them and make them tougher. It is ssoooo much fun to be attacked by 4-5 of the bastards while trying to chisel into a cave opening. You are dead before you even get through. No one is around to revive you. The run for your body is rediculus. You as a Solo player should spawn at the last safe spot prior to your death. Not have to run 3/4 of the way accross the map in your skivies with a dinner fork besides incurring the exp deficite. I can not wait until the devs give up on trying to make this game harder and Modders are given a shot to fix the game the way I want to play it.

Use a hammer to repair damaged ramps and floors tiles.
And, no, even in solo this mission isn't difficult. Prepare better.

Added later. I swear there are triggers set up in this game, this mission. One, storm event when you touch ground on riverlands side. Another if you cross back. Bear spawn trigger, at gauntlet, if attack and hit bear, spawn wolves, multiple. Not 1, or 2, they 4 to 6, all above level 100, with the above level 100 bear. I have a level 75 character that was built on 99.9% solo. With the fact that you have limited carry capacity from space, and all the time needed to prep on every mission. I can see this as a bad sign for this game. you need guns, but who wants to spend that grind, especially solo, for all that time, each time, you enter a prospect. Once, twice, ok, now it is just plain irritating. Prospects should be allowed to be added while on ground within a specific mission group timer. That way the same prep tools are available for multiple missions. If the game's structure stays as is, without totally serious consideration for solo players, I feel you will lose all solo support.

I've been playing solo since Beta 1 and have done this mission multiple times. The first time I did it I died twice coming down the other side of the cliff face, once I figured it out though, I haven't had problem one. I think you lack preparation and are hoping for a 'speed' run and aren't properly buffed with food and or weapons. Also with a 99% solo build umm, no. I play solo and only have 4 talent points in the solo tree.

Such an easy mission solo. All you need is stone arrows and an iron knife and a bit of skill. Done this and most missions solo plenty of times.
Just got to know how to play the game. Some people just are not good at games. Hope its made harder.
