Wind/storm damages aluminum structures, but not stone

Since aluminum is a higher tier, you would think that it would be a stronger building material than stone, but for some reason, our aluminum buildings take damage during high winds, but stone structures don't. I don't think either building material should take damage to storms.

Ran through Unearthed mission and was surprised to see my stone building taking lots of damage during storms. Not sure if it was a glitch or now a permanent thing as stone didn't take damage before but it was losing as mush as a wooden structure. Storm damage is unbalanced, maybe take some damage due to a lightning strike but not light rain and wind
