Add in a metal or iron Door

I see there are thatch, wooden, reinforced wood, glass, and aluminum doors you can research and build. But the only iron/metal door in the game is a reinforced metal trapdoor hatch, not a door. Can there be an iron door or steel door? I think it would look better on a concrete shelter you make rather than a wooden or aluminum door.
