Voyager Discovery Mission Complete Bugged

My team just got through the Voyager Recovery Prospect. 2 of us drop shipped out and 3 were left on the planet waiting to do the same. When the three of us "Resumed Prospect" it drop shipped us back in to a reset prospect with none of the objectives complete but the timer the same as we left it. If we then went back to the character select and selected a secondary character we got the "Mission Complete" email and the reward, however we lost the nearly 600 exotics we mined during the prospect. Any way we can get those back?
