lost everything
logged on today and lost everything i had I have been in free play for a bit to make a world.. logged on today and fell to the world when i landed I was under the map falling I used the unstuck button and respawned to loss my ex points and everything i had.. Can someone please help me to get my stuff back. happened today Feb 26 2022 at about 840 am

SamI have 360 hrs in this game. i checked in after the performance update and everything is gone. Both my characters, all my missions, all my outposts and all my workshop progress is gone. Thats pretty frustrating as I have stuck with you guys and believed in you all the way. Hard for this to not cause my faith to waiver.

Back in December, Icarus changed where it stores your game data. We migrated from a central server to storing your game data on your local PC. You can read more about this in our Week 53 update: https://store.steampowered.com/news/app/1149460/view/3611354355089820956
For the three months after this change, everyone loading the game had their data automatically migrated and downloaded locally. In March the central servers were closed and we no longer store your game or character data. Unfortunately we can't restore it for you.
However, some community members have been sharing instructions for altering your game files in order to build your characters up a bit quicker in our discord: https://discord.gg/surviveicarus . I've attached a screenshot with that.
