My outpost gone?

So been working on an outpost for a while... everything building related disappeared and everything inside.. but my dehumidifiers and planting pots and biofuel "basically anything not a building material is here?? anyone ever had this it is concerning if I am going to spend another 40-50 hours building a little town to have it all demolished when I resume prospect
