[Bug] Week 13 respec cheesing and cook/farm tree

You can pull talent points in dump stats after unlocking max rank talents so long as you don't drop below 13 points in tree. This can result in saving 2 points in the example provided.

Also, although the layout is changed, no buffs were made to the cooking/farming tree as stated in the patch notes, "Added Crops Yield, Health Buff, Stamina Buff, Melee Damage and Foraging Buff talents to Cooking/Farming tree to better promote specialization in that area".

Also, in cook/farm, if you unlock Long Lasting Effects by taking Naturally Preserved as a prerequisite, even if you spec into Superfoods and Well Laid Fire, you cannot remove all points from Naturally Preserved until you first remove Long Lasting Effects to break the prereq chain, even though you can then immediately respec into it.
