I lost two of three of my Inaris Neves pickaxes when I was reseurrected by a fellow player

I have three characters, and have crafted multiple of these pickaxes in the store. I dropped into the mission with three of them, and when I died and was resurrected, only one was still in my inventory. generally when you have a lot of stuff it will put a little package next to you when you resurrect, that did not happen and I lost a total of 9 items, but the two workshop items should never be lost this way
