[Bug] Talent Cushioned Fall & Survival Backpack Does Not Reduce Sprain Chance

My character has the cushioned fall talent upgraded for 50% reduced sprain chance and the survival backpack for an additional 50% reduced sprain chance. In-game, the character still receives sprains at a normal rate and the stat panel states that there is a 0% reduced sprain chance. Unequipping and reequiping the backpack the reduced sprain chance stat is unchanged at 0%.

The augment for boots. Surefooted 1 & 2 also do not apply correctly as well
