Titanium and Electronics. Reduce costs

Electronics requirement is still stupidly high. I know you've already reduced requirement but still out of balance. Why does everything need so many. It's a mind numbing business sourcing resources to make them and makes the game boring and frustrating especially in single player. Which brings me to Titanium. Similar deal, too much titanium required for rifles and weapons. Halve the cost or at least offset with a meld of 20 iron or steel + 10 Titanium
