Drop box - You will be able to buy a drop box (one time use) that can carry an extra five slots down to Icarus
Dropdown deployables - this a T4 deployable such as a scanner, extractor, or beacon they will all be fairly pricy and can only be dropped in a drop box, and potentially could be the way of acquiring vehicles in the future, as well none of this can be brought back to orbit
