"Deployable Engineering" is unclear?

I'm not sure what stations the Deployable Engineering talent under Building is supposed to impact because nothing I make gains the star to indicate it's an improved version of a crafting deployable when I have this talent. So either the talent needs to better specify what it's helping, or it is currently not working as intended.
