Tier 2 water collection/distribution

Add the ability to capture water from a water fall with a rain reservoir and distribute it from there by making iron or copper pipes, or for a more primitive approach, wooden troughs. Might put in the requirement that the reservoir has to be vertically higher than a distribution point for realism.
