[BUG] Crafted workshop item and it deleted my existing workshop items in "your items"

I had 13 workshop items in my "dropship cargo" and one workshop pickaxe sitting in "your items".
I then purchased the Shengong 'Zhang hu' Bow.
When going to put the new bow into my dropship cargo I noticed that the transaction had deleted the Shengong 'Dong' Pickaxe that was sitting in "your items". All equipment that was already in "dropship cargo" is fine.
I have had this occur several times since launch. Items in "your items" are at risk but "dropship items" seems to be safe from deletion.

UPDATE: When I navigate to "new prospect" and then back to "loadout", the seemingly deleted pickaxe has reappeared. I've not had an item returned after seemingly disappearing from my inventory during a crafting action before.

I experience this bug frequently, and can confirm that it occurs when you make a workshop purchase after returning from a mission and before selecting a new mission or character. Doing either of these also fixes the step, so (IMO) it seems to be a UI issue and does not affect the saved inventory.
