Replace Thatch Pieces with Copper Piping Pieces.

Thatch buildings, are virtually useless in the game, most players skip thatch and go straight to Wood. My suggestion would be to replace the Thatch Building pieces with Coppering piping and move Sprinklers to T2 Crafting Bench build.

Move Wood and Stone to T1, with Interior and Piping on T2.

I don't know about moving stone to T1. you need nails, which requires iron ingots. You can't make stone building pieces until T2 anyway. But I agree that thatch is basically useless and that sprinklers and piping come too late. I can't speak for anyone but myself, but I usually build a basic wood hut and then make a stone building asap. Since stone doesn't burn, you don't need sprinklers anymore and they're not until T4 anyway.
