Spirit Level: Survey - Still Bugged (Normal mode)
I got the Portable beacon from the blue box and the quest is still stuck on Collect the equipment. Can't progress the mission.

OdieDaKnight MergedDrop pod puts me on the planet. I gather and go to location "M" and there is the pod with the 2 survey pieces of Equipment. The system tells me I have arrived at "M". I then approach the Pod and press "E" to view and sure enough there they are. I take 1 and only 1 and put it in my "G" slot. NOTHING .... I say again NOTHING happens. No voice - No "Do this next" - No "Go here" - and NOTHING on my map to tell me what to do next. I played the regular one and it worked fine. I am solo. I have tried reloading the mission etc... to no avail. Got to be something wrong. The video's on YouTube show things happen when you take an Item out of the pod ... and the next part of the mission is applied to the map. What am I to do?

KratomasyAs of the Icarus Update Week Seventeen this mission is still broken.
Would be nice to have the mission grayed out on the mission selection screen when the devs know the mission is broken. -

PachThanks for the update, Elissa. I just ran into this. Will evac and try it next week instead.
Kind of a bummer, though, as I had about 2 hours into it before I went back and got the second scanner, and it still didn't advance.
Doing it SP is bad enough that you can only carry one at a time, and there are two. :( -

Shawn SmileyConfirmed as of April 3 that the mission is still broken. I can collect the equipment but the objectives never update. I tried going to the spot where you're supposed to place the device, but no blue circle in the sky to tell you the correct location.
I'm playing solo on Hard mode. -
