Hunting Talent Tree prerequisites are broken.

"Careful Skinner" is not able to be taken until "Without a Sound" is rank 1/3, but the requirement to learn "Careful Skinner" on the interface is "Leather Breakdown". You could have master rank in the hunting tree and still you would not be able to spec into "Careful Skinner".
