(Outposts) Prepare supply drops for future prospects
Give Outposts an added depth in the form of a optional meta goal.
A drone or dropship that must be built/fueled/prepared, and then loaded with tools or raw material or consumables etc. The supply drop could then be applied to a prospect in some fashion where it would appear in a random, marked location when the prospect is started.
Small supply drops could be prepared maybe once daily and larger ones perhaps once weekly. A prospect could have only 1 drop applied to it or maybe 1 small and 1 large but not multiples of each.
Supply drops could be limited by type such as consumables, tools, weapons/ammo.
Supply drops could be time-delayed and have a countdown until arrival when the prospect is started.

JinsaiThis is a really smart and clever idea. Supply drops would be helpful for accelerating through the grind on higher-level missions. It would be great if the player was creating them for themselves in lower-level missions:
- Gather materials, ship 'em to space, get them back X missions later (particularly good for iron, copper, coal, steel, etc.)
- Create benches or other items, ship 'em to space so they can be returned to you a few missions later
It would also make some narrative sense and help players feel good about filling up a ship with stuff.
