Problem with messages

My messages can not be loaded properly. I always get the notification about new messages, but when I want to read them, I can not open them. Also the same problem with returned items. I get the notification, that my items have returned, but I can not open the message to get the item back in my inventory. Can this be fixed as soon as possible. Thanks.

Same problem once again. I can not open my messages to claim my rewards. The "END PROSPECT NOTIFICATION" does not open properly to get my reward. I already fixed some failure on game installation but it did not solve my problem. How can I get my rewards?
