Make food slot better in exo suit

food slot will only consume the food whenever the food's buff runs out. This will make it so that you don't consume all the food each time your hunger goes down, and you finally don't have to open Inventory to click to consume it anymore. Also makes things like stamina paste way better since you can always have it active.
