[BUG] Item Shenanigans

I had 102 carrots, used Ctrl+Click to Plant the stack of 2, it became a stack off 100.
This mission has been extra glitchy since the update.
Earlier, I also had my Shengong Air tank, two Patcher II modules, and my Shengong "Zhang Hu" Bow VANISH.
None of my other starter gear went missing though, so thats good.
