allow fuel cans to auto swap

You have 6 total slots in the generators. When I fill all the slots the can in the fuel position does not automatically swap with a full one above when it empties. Why would you have the extra slots if they don't really do any good?

Although I store my "electricity tool" in one of those slots, that still leaves 4 open ones. Upvoted.
