[BUG] Voyager Recovery cannot complete

I started a Hardcore Voyager Recover, started the mission, mined all exotics, and returned all the repaired components and cargo to the Drop Ship. (Was charging the Drop-Ship with a generator this whole time). When I put all the components in the ship, all the objectives reset and started over.... I redid the Cargo Boss Kill, re-repaired components and put them in the ship. This time I was able to launch the ship, but the "Charge" and "Cargo" objectives remained unchecked. The Drop-Ship launched, and I am unable to now complete the mission.
