Ore and cave scanners not unlocking

After completing Meridian mission, the cave scanner and Deep mine ore scanner blueprints remain locked in my tech tree. see pics attached of mission completion check mark and locked blueprints. oh..can only add 1 image...let me do a compilation.

Those two don't depend on the mission, you can learn them for blueprint points before you even do it. The unlock is for the advanced scanner that you can buy in the Workshop.
