Florescent Arrow Feathers

For the later, more valuable arrows, adding glowing feathers or coloring to show where you fired ( or where that wolf I shot died, I've lost them more than a few times ) or a talent to make arrow shafts glow so you can see where you shot from further away.

There is a talent related to this, but I'd still prefer to see a craftable option. The talent also helps you find a dead deer the snuck under the brush after it died/
