[BUG] Have to hunt through Mail Notifications to find latest prospect info to Claim reward

Does anyone else have the situation where after you finish a prospect, you dont get prompted to claim the Ren etc, you have to go into your notifications to find the Mail about it and claim it that way? It often works correctly on my sons PC, but every single time I complete the missions (I am the Host), I do not get prompted to claim the reward automatically, I have to hunt through the Mail (top right when in station) and find the latest notification, and claim the reward. Another situation I have also had is where when you finish a prospect, you get notifications for all of the previous prospects you have finished, popping up, one after the other, which you have to cycle through before you get to the latest one. You can then claim it there, but the next prospect do you it does the same thing over again - have to go through all the previous notifications to get to the current one. Something is buggy here.
