[Balance] Pickaxe talents dont really make pickaxes viable as a melee weapon

I found that even with the talents in the construction tree boosting atk speed and melee damage of pickaxes, that the damage still is inferior to an equivalent tier knife with 0 talents. While the attack speed buff is also useful for mining faster, the 60% damage buff doesnt compensate enough for the incredibly slow attack speed of the pickaxe, even with the attack speed buff.
