Shelter is not working on crafting. Keeps saying not in shelter but it is under shelter

10/18/23 Stix map everything was fine then all o0f a sudden all my stuff said not sheltered and could not craft at all and everything started dyeing to storm damage inside building. tried to take out windows and still did not work. fully enclosed and cant do anything now.
