Use steam cloud save for Outposts

It would be pretty nice to have Outposts saved via Steam's cloud save so you could access them on different devices. This probably cut down on the "issues" people have losing their outposts when they format their computer etc. This would be only the local outpost data and not any of the other parts of the game.
