[Bug] Claim Rewards screen closed automatically and cannot claim mission rewards

I completed the Influx: Construction during a recent server outage. I stayed in game because I did not want to lose the progress/levels I had earned during the outage. After the servers were restored and my game saved I left planet to complete the mission. The overlay to claim the mission rewards came up, but then closed/went away on its own. I loaded back into the station and was prompted to claim the exotics I had found on planet but was not prompted to do any other post mission mail. My mailbox is empty and the mission shows as complete on Mission Select screen. Character name is Shay Miles.
