[BUG] 3 Items disappeared from loadout after leaving prospect
Hello, I have just finished the mission Voyager: Recovery with a friend and I was the host, I was using the character named "ALEX". Before we left we have traveled back to our settlement to take our workshop items in our inventories and the mined exotics. After waiting for him to leave, I have pressed the button to take off, while all my exotics and workshop items were placed in my inventory. At that moment the game pointed a server synchronization issue, I have waited and did not press any button, allowed the game to do it's thing automatically. When I came back in the workshop, I have noticed that the following items were missing from my inventory: NEVES pickaxe, SEN axe & QIE knife. I confirm that they were equipped on my 1,2 & 3 slots on the character and were unique to me. They do not exist in any other character loadout. I did not start any other prospect since leaving. Elissa - Producer AdminHey! Have they shown up now? We were having a lot of server issues over the weekend so that's what would've caused this, unfortunately.

AlexandruHey Elissa, thank you for writing back to me. I have just checked in my inventory and all of my 3 characters, the items declared above are still missing. I did complete other prospects in the meanwhile, but the items have been gone missing after I have last finished Voyager: Recovery in the same day when I have reported the bug. I have confirmed with my friend who played with me that he is not missing any items.

AlexandruHey, my issue still isn't fixed. I have worked a lot to unlock that 1400 exotics pickaxe and the rest of the items, just to lose them on a server connection issue from your servers. Please help me regain those items.

Elissa - Producer AdminCheck out our discord for a longer explanation, but we know that a few of our players are experiencing issues with their loadouts and items disappearing on their oldest characters when embarking on a drop. This is a serious concern for us and is currently our top fix priority. We are attempting a solution for this problem before our next patch drops, as part of this you may experience some disconnections.
For those who have been affected by this issue, you are able to rescue your items by using the debug 'Remove From Prospect' button if your character is still on the drop and you have not left via dropship. If you want us to investigate meta items you have lost, feel free to reach out at support@rocketwerkz.com providing your SteamID, your character name, and what was lost. -

What do you mean by "meta items"? I have discovered that the items mentioned above have disappeared after exiting from the prospect. Do I still have to contact support@rocketwerkz.com for this?

Elissa - Producer AdminYep so the items from your workshop that you mentioned had disappeared are the meta items. If you could email that address providing your SteamID, your character name, and what was lost, I'll be going through all the emails this week and looking into returning something as compensation. Thanks!
