Add Workshop items to let you skip tiers

The workshop is supposed to be where the main progression lives right? There needs to be more of a sense of progress with the items, not just new hand tools. Add deplorables that branch off the MXC furnace that can smelt the higher tier materials. Add a portable generator or solar panels.
