[BUG] Clean Up Extermination - Died, cannot respawn or interact

Mammoth killed me, it looked like maybe it shot my character into space? I assume I'm dead; cannot scroll through items, cannot get to inventory, etc. Only see sky, and no respawn timer coming up. Cannot do anything at all. Troubleshooting: exited to character select and came back in; exited game and came back in; verified files in Steam and came back in. No change. I have a LOT of gear on me, so I would lose thousands of exotics worth of gear if I pulled my character. Please help.

Update: troubleshooting - also tried "unstuck", no change

Hi - can i please have my character back somehow? Any suggestions? It's one of my level 50s.

Have you tried removing him from prospects?

Elissa - yes, I got him back. You can close this if needed, but it was still a bug in the first place.

It's a really unfortunate bug but we're aware of it, we've left that Remove from Prospects button in for that reason as we continue to work on it.
