Thrown spears disappear if the animal is in water or sometimes in your base

This bug is close to 80% reproducible: 1. Make a spear, more expensive is more % chance. 2. Throw it into an animal that falls in the water. 3. If the animal rolls, the spear disappears. This also happened when I killed a dear that was in my base and it fell onto a workbench. It seems to be that if the spear rolls out of view--as if it's under the animal and you can't see it--then the spear de-spawns. It also oddly happens more frequently when the spear is more expensive. If it's a bone spear it rarely happens but iron or greater is close to 100% de-spawn of the spear. Possible Fix: Why are spears being de-spawned at all? At most I make 3. The graphics engine can clearly maintain the existence of 3 spears for all eternity. I'd tag all crafted items as permanent and never ever de-spawn them. The test is if I can throw 100 spears into the ground, leave the area or sign out, and come back to 100 spears still there. Or, stop making them disappear on animals in water at least.
