[Bug] on M3 on the small stoney hill corpse fell through it

My mate died on the small stoney hill on M3 and was not able to pick up his things after respawn because they fell through the stone. All his bought things with a value of about 800-900 are totally gone now, as there was no chance to reach them through the stone. If there's a chance to get them back through support or anything, it would be great if anyone could reach out to me.
