PLease fix the bug that causes a character to lose exotics that are placed in a safe place.

Missing exotics the last two missions that we completed. My friend and I both lost exotic items that we bought from the workshop. We had to remake them all over. I lost a full set of armor, 2 water bottles, 2 exite bottles. I lost my kuang pickaxe, sen axe, Daukou knife, jijing bow. I find it unfair that we work so hard to get these items. When we place them into a box or machine for safe keeping only to find them missing when we log back in. I think it is only fair that we are compensated for something that isn't our fault. This has happened to me and my friend 2 times. I really love this game. If it continues I will just find another to play. Thanks
