Some Tec is only aviable through Talents , Like the Ice Bear Armor or the Ghilli Armor. How about you make them aviable after Level 50 , but for a higher price. Like 5 Tec points for each Armor part instead of one if you have the Talent. Another way could be, that you can build the Armor better with talent, a "Star" armor with better durability and maybe a little more in the Key stats. (cold protection one percent more per Armor piece for Ice bear armor, a percent point more for cloaking for the Ghilli armor). Maybe a little extra set bonus for star armor? All players could use the armor, but the ones who use talent points to get it still benefit from their talent.
