[BUG/EXPLOIT] Removing Polar Bear Armor talent don't remove blueprint.

I put talent points into Polar Bear Armor and unlocked the blueprints to make the armor. After a while I decided I would rather spend the talent point elsewhere and respec'ed and notice that I still have the blueprints unlocked tho I no longer have the talent.
