Omphalos: Expedition part 3 not going forward

Main bug: Omphalos: Expedition part 3 not going forward. I am playing cooperative and even when we but the beacon device in the ring. It does not move forward. We left and started the game again to no avail. Extra information: Polar Bear Boss type is already there. defeating it does nothing. We defeated two named type in the area. Broken Tooth boss in part 2 did not spawn for us the first time, but leaving and reentering spawned the boss. There were waaaaay too many Komodo Dragons in Part 1.
