[Bug] Can't place wall where I previously had one

One of my walls got completely blown out during a storm so I went to replace it and was unable to, it was simply red. I tried to press Y to destroy it and tried to repair it with a hammer but neither did anything. I've checked about 10 times and nothing is in the way. This also happened on my roof when I was trying to place an angled piece in a valid spot.
