Prospect will not Load

There are 6 of us currently that were in a prospect. We have finished the mission and gathered close to a thousand exotics. Ever since the last update, none of us can load in and none of us can use those characters. We do not want to lose our characters, the exotics or any of our gear and we cannot even get in to the prospect. We all try to load in and it just is stuck on preparing geometry. Note: We all made a second character and have gotten in and completed multiple other prospects so its definitely not our computer or systems. I attached the image of what we are stuck on but it is really frustrating
