When wearing the full set it states that there is a -35% Perceived Threat, however it does not reflect in ANY of the stats when viewed nor seems to work as tested multiple times vs some one else that does not have any bonuses. The time it takes for creatures to target or be spooked by the player is the same as well as the distance it takes for the effect to occur.
